Based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, we are represented in many wholefood stores and delicatessens (listed below), and we also deliver throughout Australia in insulated packaging, so your chocolates should arrive in perfect condition

Our Story

At the start of the great Covid lockdown in early 2020, we watched quite a bit of TV as did most of the world! In particular we saw a program on chocolate making, and as we both love chocolate and cooking, we started to experiment, first with cooking chocolate and then moving up to the couverture Belgian chocolate we use today.

The internet is great at finding teaching videos, and we made great use of them while we taught ourselves. This process is continuous and we are constantly improving our techniques and recipes, as well as testing them out on friends and family.

(We are also encouraged by feedback from our many internet and market customers - one of the best experiences is to watch people taste our chocolate - the expression on their faces when they taste, for example, some dark chocolate with raspberries is something that makes it all worthwhile).

After inundating friends and family with our chocolates, we realised that we had a demand, and decided to go to farmer’s markets around the Gold Coast, and happily spent our first couple of winters every weekend selling to the public, but had to stop each summer due to the heat.

Then in early 2022 we put Burleigh Chocolate in our first store, Ambarella Fine Foods in Burleigh Waters, followed by several others around the Gold Coast. In early 2023 we expanded to Market Organics, and today we are represented by 7 stores in Brisbane and also Southport and Ipswich. Our list of outlets is below, and we are constantly looking for more outlets to stock our delicious chocolates.

We are also open to creating gifts for special occasions and have made up packs for birthdays, conferences and other special occasions. Our number is below if you would like to talk about your own special occasion.

We are constantly innovating and improving with new flavours, while sticking to our principle of only using the best Belgian or German couverture chocolate, along with the finest ingredients, and hand making every product.
